At our school, everything we do is guided by three core values: Aspire, Enjoy and Flourish. These values shape our learning, our behaviour and our relationships, helping every child to become confident, capable and happy.

Aspire

We encourage all our children to aim high and believe in themselves.

Aspiring means having the confidence to try new things, to challenge ourselves and to do our very best. We support pupils to set high expectations for their learning and behaviour, while understanding that mistakes are part of learning. Through encouragement, positive role models and high-quality teaching, we help children develop resilience, ambition and a lifelong love of learning.

Enjoy

We believe children learn best when they enjoy coming to school every day.

Enjoyment is at the heart of our curriculum and school life. We create engaging lessons, exciting opportunities and a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and happy. By celebrating successes, building friendships and promoting kindness and respect, we help pupils develop positive attitudes towards learning and school.

Flourish

Our aim is for every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.

To flourish means growing in confidence, independence and wellbeing. We support the whole child, recognising that academic success goes hand in hand with personal development. By working closely with families and providing tailored support when needed, we help each pupil develop the skills, values and self-belief they need for the next stage of their journey and beyond.
