Information for New & Prospective Parents

Welcome to Carr Hill Primary & Nursery School. We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child and hope the booklet below gives you a flavour of what makes Carr Hill such a special place to learn and grow. At the heart of our school are our values of Aspire, Enjoy and Flourish, which guide everything we do and help us create a happy, nurturing and ambitious community for all children.

We believe that childhood should be a time of curiosity, happiness and opportunity. Our aim is to provide a safe, inclusive and caring environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their very best. We place children at the centre of everything we do, building their confidence, celebrating their successes and helping them develop a lifelong love of learning.

At Carr Hill, we encourage our children to Aspire by aiming high and believing in themselves, Enjoy their learning through engaging experiences and strong relationships, and Flourish academically, socially and emotionally as confident young people. These values shape our curriculum, our behaviour expectations and our partnerships with families.

We are proud of our strong sense of community and the positive relationships we build with children, families and visitors. By working together, we ensure that every child feels happy, safe and ready to succeed.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We hope you enjoy learning more about our school and look forward to welcoming you and your family to Carr Hill Primary & Nursery School.
