We enjoyed a four day week this week after returning from our Easter holiday, In English, we have finished writing our instructions about how to use a Roman weapon. We learned and changed the original text about a Gladius, which was a Roman sword, and wrote about a Roman Pilum or Pugio. Hopefully, when people have read our instructions, they will be armed and ready to fight the enemy!

In Mathematics this week we have continued our work on fractions. We have started to explore the relationship between fractions by comparing and ordering them. Next, we are moving on to looking at equivalent fractions.

This week we had 97% attendance which meant we just missed out on a certificate. Next week we are determined to earn one!  Our handshake score was 5. A very, very popular score this week!
