This week in Foundation the experienced the strong winds on Tuesday and loved seeing what happened to the scarves and pieces of fabric as they let them go on the field. In the courtyard they explored the strange texture of cornflour, trying to make marks and allowing it to run through their fingers. Although the mud kitchen was closed they had great fun making music by turning the lids in cymbals and the pans into drums.

Our Friday Merit assembly saw lots of bookworm certificates for those who read three times and recorded it for us and also name certificates for Flynn, Euan and Isaac. Well deserved Superstar certificates were awarded to Jayden for his impeccable manners in the dining room and to Faith for being kind and helpful making sure her friend was OK when she was hurt during lunchtime. Another brilliant week, well done everyone!
