Medieval Day

On Thursday 24th March, KS1 enjoyed a Medieval Day. The children all looked fantastic dressed as lords, ladies, kings, queens, jesters, knights, princesses and dragons - to name but a few!

Thank you to parents and carers for your support with this. First of all, the children enjoyed creating their own headwear – either knights’ helmets or pretty headdresses.

They also enjoyed a medieval dance session, where they all learned and performed a routine to authentic music. In the afternoon, they took part in a dragon egg hunt around the playground and finally, a banquet complete with music and entertainment.

The children and staff had a fantastic day – one that will all be remembered for a long time! Please check out our film clips and photos.
