23rd January 2017

Welcome to 5 Mary Anning Blog (Mr Beswarick’s class)

Our attendance this week was only 96.6% which meant that we were unable to gain a further voucher.

Kensuke’s Kingdom: We have ‘set sail’ on our journey to the Coral Sea. You can see us plotting the legs of the voyage onto our world map. Having left Southampton via the Solent and the Isle of Wight, we have survived the storms of the Bay of Biscay and have made landfall at La Coruna. Our next stop will be the Azores!

Origami: More and more of us are getting to grips with the paper folding skills required to make the turtle, lotus flower and butterfly. Our ultimate aim is to be able to make an origami crane!

Open Morning: A huge thank-you to the parents who came to share our lessons on Tuesday morning. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did.

This week, our handshakes total was 3.
