In English this week, we have been finding out about the features of a myth and how to identify the difference between a myth, a legend and a fable. We have also looked closely at the myth of The Twelve Labours of Heracles and have discovered that it is quite different to the Disney version!

We have also enjoyed problem solving this week. We chose the problem that we thought was the trickiest and worked to solve it with a partner. We also found if there was more than one way to solve the problem.
In Topic this week, we found out about The Battle of Marathon and have drawn a detailed diagram of a Hoplite soldier.
